Dean Elali started One Source Provider in 2011 and brings more than 17 years of experience working with major business and consumer service organizations. Elali’s responsibilities include working with OSP’s senior executives to identify, acquire, and develop relationships with new clients within the U.S. He is also responsible for overseeing the business development team. He works to identify new business opportunities globally, develop marketing initiatives, and enhance the management of current business accounts through market research, financial feasibility studies, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization.
Bassam ChahineChief Financial Officer
Mr. Bassam Chahine is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OSP Corporation. As CFO, he is an organizational leader and key member of senior management. Mr. Chahine supervises and directs all financial and accounting functions at the company. Mr. Chahine is also involved in planning, operations, and risk management. With over 15 years in various management roles, Bassam brings a vast amount of professional understanding to OSP. Bassam’s past endeavors are impressive and diverse. He spent over five years managing a large international petroleum company. He has also managed telecommunications companies, and accounting firms. Bassam earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance.
Hassan F. AbdallahChief Compliance Officer
Hassan F. Abdallah serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of OSP. In that capacity, he manages compliance activities in the broad range of U.S. regulatory obligations including Consumer Privacy, Consumer Protection, CLIA/COLA, CMS, and HIPAA; as well as global regulatory obligations such as EU General Data Protection Regulation, and Consumer Data Protection.
Prior to joining OSP, Hassan was a Contracts Director at Jack Morton Worldwide (Detroit, Michigan), where he lead and oversaw the contract negotiations and management of JMW’s primary client; General Motors. In his role as Contracts Director, Hassan worked with large corporate clients such as Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC and GM Global Promotional Partners. Mr. Abdallah received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wayne State University and completed his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a recognized and proven professional in the field of organizational compliance with extensive experience in designing and managing complex compliance based solution systems for entities in the fields of healthcare, banking, real estate, and corporate transactions.
Mr. Abdallah holds certifications as a Certified Healthcare Compliance Expert (CHC) Certification as well as a certification as a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).
Mallory DeFeliceDIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE COACHING
As Director of Performance Coaching, Mallory is responsible for the strategic growth of revenue, partnerships, and team development. She has a background in organizational industrial psychology as well as over 12 years experience within the direct sales industry both nationally and internationally. Her vision is to expand OSP’s reach not only across the US, but globally.
Chris BradleyOperations Manager
As the Operations Manager for One Source Provider, Chris is responsible for the development and execution of operational strategies for One Source Provider, their top-tier clients and business partners across the US. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Chris graduated with a B.B.A. from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, where he gained expertise in sales management, marketing and economics. With over 13 years of professional sales and operations management experience, Chris has contributed to the explosive growth of new client relationships, business partner expansion and agent development since joining the OSP team in 2016 as a National Account Manager. Chris’s vision is to maximize the operational efficiency within One Source Provider and build new, unique opportunities for future clients and partners around the world.
