Executive Assistant to the CEO
Dean Elali started One Source Provider in 2011 and brings more than 17 years of experience working with major business and consumer service organizations. Elali’s responsibilities include working with OSP’s senior executives to identify, acquire, and develop relationships with new clients within the U.S. He is also responsible for overseeing the business development team. He works to identify new business opportunities globally, develop marketing initiatives, and enhance the management of current business accounts through market research, financial feasibility studies, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization.
Mr. Bassam Chahine is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OSP Corporation. As CFO, he is an organizational leader and key member of senior management. Mr. Chahine supervises and directs all financial and accounting functions at the company. Mr. Chahine is also involved in planning, operations, and risk management. With over 15 years in various management roles, Bassam brings a vast amount of professional understanding to OSP. Bassam’s past endeavors are impressive and diverse. He spent over five years managing a large international petroleum company. He has also managed telecommunications companies, and accounting firms. Bassam earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance.
Wissam Bazzi joined OSP Corporation as a leading consultant in marketing and new business development for both OSP’s local and national markets. With over 12 years experience in product sales, and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Wissam is a welcomed addition to the consulting services OSP offers its clients, staff and executive directors.
Chris Bradley is One Source Provider’s Senior Account Manager for our Telecommunications clients, specializing in strategic development and growth within OSP’s offices. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI where he focused on Sales, Business Marketing, and Economics. Chris joined the OSP team in June of 2016 with over 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience from a variety of different industries. His vision is to continue to develop and grow the relationships between OSP’s Telecom clients and offices to help OSP become the top Direct Marketing firm in the United States and abroad.
Jordan Gray, Compliance Manager at OSP is responsible for the development of the new areas of growth for the company, daily operations, and client communications. As part of this responsibility, she works on the development and negotiation of strategic alliances and partnerships, relationships with venture capital companies and start-up companies, and the identification and investment in strategic businesses. She also works on the expansion of the company’s services globally.
Pepi, full name Shpresime Saitoski, is originally from Albania. She moved to Wisconsin at the age of 2 years old. Pepi grew up in Racine, WI and after high school decided to pursue Business Administration at a local community college, UW Parkside. While spending a year at Parkside, she realized she wanted something more. Pepi ended up transferring to the University of Milwaukee where she changed her major to Health Care Administration and minor in Business Administration. Pepi, joined OSP in December 2015 as their Organizational Administrator to help grow and facilitate all their offices nationwide. Pepi wishes to help OSP gain knowledge and exceed their expectations within the company.
Nicholas Carr is from Columbus, OH and has recently relocated back to the Columbus-area from Houston Texas. He studied business —-administration and digital communication through two separate degree programs at Franklin University and holds an B.B.A. with minors in Human Resources and Marketing. Out of college Nick worked as a quality analyst for Google before heading to the energy industry with Direct Energy. From 2007 he has worked in numerous roles with Direct Energy including developing the direct sales program from scratch in addition to most recently overseeing all corporate sales support functions/teams including third party verification, sales quality, and quality analytics. Nick, his wife Courtney, their 2 year-old son Paxon, and their puppy are now located full-time in Ohio. Nick enjoys spending time with his family and traveling when he isn’t working.
